Kenneth B. Fischer, 9-12 Grades, Biology
Carroll County Public Schools - Winters Mill High School

Kenneth knows Carroll County schools from both sides of the desk. As a graduate of Liberty High School, he experienced an outstanding education and realized he wanted to be a teacher. Ken was instrumental in the opening of Winters Mill High School where he currently serves as the chairman of the science department and the coach of the cross- country team. As a nationally registered paramedic, he infuses real life experiences into his classroom discussions as he seeks to ensure his lessons are both relevant and rigorous.
