Infants and Toddlers

The MSDE Division of Early Childhood Development (DECD) contracts with vendors and/or organizations to provide services to infant/toddler caregivers including; training, technical assistance, and mentoring. Training subject matter includes: Brain Development, Child Development Curricula, and Health and Safety. Also, we are expecting to fund several child care programs to expand their existing full-day, infant and toddler program to serve additional families.

The following is a list of organizations and institutions that are under contract to DECD to provide services to infant/toddler programs:

  • Anne Arundel County Community College
  • Friends of the Family - The Caring Connection: A Help Line for Child Care Providers
  • The Child Care Connection, Inc. and Montgomery County Project
  • Baltimore City Child Care Resource Center "Directions" Project
  • Prince George's County Child Care Resource Center
  • Upper Shore Resource and Referral at Chesapeake College
  • The Garrett, Allegany and Washington Counties Joint Regional Training and Technical Assistance Project
